~ Wedding Package rates range between $500-1200 depending on the size of wedding and whether it is just the ceremony or both ceremony and reception.

~ No open bar or cash bar, but wine on   dinner tables is allowed.

~ Venue allows for up to 60 people for outdoor receptions and up to 30 people for our indoor reception room.

~ While you may stay as long as you'd like, music played outside must be off by 10 pm as this is a city bylaw. 12 pm for indoor receptions.

~ All garbage must be removed by clients the same evening.

~ Fee includes use of property for setup the day before and the day of the wedding.

~ Washrooms for up to 60 guests

~ Electrical outlets throughout property

~ Parking

~ Use of Bridal Suite & Fireside Room

~ Covered area for caterers

~ Black chairs for up to 25 people

~ 3 folding tables, 2 rustic harvest tables.

~ Dinnerware for up to 30 guests.

~ Optional punch bowls & coffee urns.

~ Chairs and tables for over 30 people.
